			<description>The old guy got up and removed himself from the situation. The younger &quot;fellow&quot; followed the older &quot;gentleman&quot; over to his new seat with the intent of doing the older fellow harm. That coupled with the fact that the young guy touched the older guy first, using the &quot;reasonable person&quot; defense the older guy could justifiably make the assumption that he was in grave danger considering his advancing years and do what he deemed necessary to defend himself. When the older man saw that the younger guy was no longer a threat, he ceased his defense and exited the bus. Good job old guy!! ;o)</description>
